A letter from the founder and president

When I started Roof-to-Deck Restoration in 1995 from my garage, I didn’t imagine the company would become the great organization it is today. I started the company for basically two reasons: First, was to improve the lives of my family; second, was to realize a dream of owning my own company. However, a requirement of owning my own company was to be the best. This meant providing a level of quality and service that would show people the exacting standards that I hold of myself. As the company has flourished and grown, the two reasons that I started the company are why Roof-to-Deck Restoration has become more successful than I ever would have imagined in 1995. These principles guide every decision of the company today. They are:

Principle 1 - Improve the lives of our franchisees and their families, our employees and their families and the lives of our customers, communities and the country we serve.
Principle 2 - Provide a level of quality and service that has not been seen in the home services industry.

Each franchisee owner and employee is chosen only after that person has convinced us they want to be a part of an organization committed to these principles. Our Operations Manuals, DVDs, training, and other materials have been created to teach the knowledge and information needed to provide the fundamentals of our service. However, the true key to all of our success is your commitment to the ideals which guide this great organization.
